I like that it automates all of my daily tasks with no human intervention! It is easy to use for our internal users as well as any external integrations we have set up.

There are some things I would change such as being able to save custom data fields in different formats instead of only CSV format and also be able to export reports into other tools/websites (like google drive) so I can share them easily. I am solving many problems this way rather than having an employee manually enter information every day which saves me time.
