The hardest assembly of my life

Terribly bad design. I do a lot of DIY projects so assembling this furniture should be easy. Unfortunately, Pauly and Bark gave little thought to the actual functionality of these chairs. It is almost impossible to assemble by one person and the included hardware as the chair seat screws do not match the chair base screws. Even if the included screws were just a few millimeters longer, it might have worked. I ended up buying new hardware (M6 x 20mm). Also, instead of attaching plastic "stabilizers" to the chair itself, you basically get large plastic washers that are very difficult to work with because the screws are too short. They're probably around 15mm, which would fit if the holes matched, but they're actually not even close. A 5mm bolt would have been critical, but Pauly and Bark decided to complicate the assembly. Longevity seems questionable at best. They are thin and look very, very cheap. I'd be surprised if they last more than a few uses without breaking. Too bad I didn't buy these chairs.
