This is my second RENPHO Bluetooth scale. My first was very useful and lasted over a year with no signs of use going up and down. It still looks like new. The only reason I bought it was because it's rechargeable. And this scale works like a charm, just connecting to the app via Bluetooth. New improved design compared to my old scale. Looks more attractive. The letters are easy to read and easy to read. The scale measures your physical body mass, BMI, body fat percentage, water percentage, skeletal muscle, lean body mass, muscle mass, bone mass, protein, basal metabolic rate. and body age. First, I look at my body weight and body fat percentage. The body fat percentage seems to be pretty much what I expected. So it's an easy way to measure body fat, rather than spending money on a number that's at best 2% below what this scale is reading. Connecting to the app is very simple and straightforward. There is a guide that clearly outlines the steps to connect to the app. And even without it, it's easy if we keep an eye on the application. It took a minute to find the scale and the scale automatically connects to the phone via Bluetooth to record the data. The black color is still very pleasing to the eye. So you don't have to shoot at the stars.
