I bought RENPHO scales because I switched gyms and went from a basic access scale to an InBody Scan scale to no access scale at all . This scale measures weight, BMI, % body fat, lean body mass, body water (percentage), skeletal muscle (percentage); muscle mass; bone mass; Protein (?) (in percent); UNTIL; and metabolic age. Let me just say my last InBody scan was the day before the scale so I can compare the numbers. The InBody scan showed me 35.1% body fat and the RENPHO scale shows me 26.2% -
