Review on Cobra PX280 Business Radio Pack by Robert Tyus

Thought I'd use them so my daughter and I could communicate while we're with ours Riding bikes off-road. . I thought they might work well because of the voice activation feature (which makes them hands-free). We found that they don't work for this scenario. That's not because of the walkie-talkies, but because of my attempt to use them in an environment they weren't intended for. In our case, no matter how I set the sensitivity, ambient noise leads to voice activation. I think they would be great for, say, a two car trip somewhere as they allow for quick communication between the cars. They can work well in many other applications, but off-road motorcycling is not one of them. The quality of these devices appears to be very good and I have given 5 stars to reflect this. Next time I will buy a Revain bluetooth helmet intercom!
