Mirrors will not work with stock hard doors with power windows. So I had to make a small modification. There was just a hole in the door right where the mirrors were supposed to be. All I had to do was remove the plugs from the inside and outside of the door panel. They give you longer boxed bolts which I used along with the lock washer and large flat washer I happened to have. I used rubber feet from an old air compressor to screw the mirrors to the door, giving it some stability and some cushioning.
