Review on Universal Workbench Drilling Station Workshop by Jerome Pritchard

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The base flexes when you pull the lever, but this is remedied by pressing down on the neck with a steel band.

I love the design and construction of the moving parts. But there are two issues that require me to modify the rack. The base is made of thin aluminum. When you pull the handle, the vertical tube bends forward as the base bends near where it attaches to the tube. I fixed this by screwing a steel tab to the base next to the pipe to secure it. See photo. It worked. Another thing is that none of the included plastic bushings allowed me to hold my rotary tool securely. I will make a mount to keep the tool aligned and secure. I assume this will work once I figure out a way to install my Dremel tool clone.
