Bought a large sheet of plexiglass to augment my impromptu work at my desk at home. It was necessary to cover the edges and the long end of the sheet so as not to scratch the skin. The app requires you to unroll and apply glue to the surface of the plexiglass. They provide a small orange plastic knife like tool to smooth out the glue. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE GLUE STARTS TO PUSH FROM THE STRIP, making it difficult to apply the glue exactly where it should be. So if it separates you will need to stick the glue in place. Cutting off individual pieces doesn't help. The glue is still coming off. Bottom Line: Once you put the clear plastic cap on the glue, you'll see crumpled glue that looks like broken glass. RESULT: The edges are smooth and protected by a plastic overlay. The adhesive stays in place so the pad feels secure. THE FINISH JUST LOOKS SHIT! It looks like someone hit the edge with a hammer or knife to knock it off. Hoping it would look like smooth beveled glass: NO!
