Overall I am very satisfied and have only been using this product for 2 days! I tried both days and found a good formula for my hair. I've included an example of my hair after blow drying for reference. For my waves I followed this method. Soaked dirty hair one day and then sprayed it with salt water. Section by section, I soaked the hair completely and combed it through completely. Patience is required here. I recorded my results with and without the soak and brush method. Seriously, use a fine-toothed comb and take your time. The small 1 inch sections matched my hair and left me with a few empty waves. My hair dries in it within 2-3 hours (tried it in conditioner 2 days in a row). After removing, I apply conditioner and oil to prevent frizz. I like this option without heating! Installation only takes about half an hour and they are lightweight compared to rolls! I haven't tried sleeping in them, but I don't think I'll ever find them uncomfortable and I'm afraid my results will be different. The needle threader takes a little getting used to, don't give up! Overall very happy with this impulse purchase! :)
