Review on Bose SoundTouch 10 wireless speaker, compatible with Alexa, in White by Jeff Pfaff

Speakers sound great when used. However, the Soundtouch app cannot control the Internet radio function via my home network. The tech support guys went through all the settings through my computer about 5 or 6 times. They pointed to my modem so I replaced it. They then pointed to my router, so I replaced it. They referred to my security settings, they changed them. Your final recommendation is now: 1. Re-initialize my speakers by unplugging and plugging the power cord back in. 2. If that doesn't help, reboot your router and modem. 3. If this does not help, contact technical support. You also can't control my two speakers from the base if there is a normal radio station on the base. My request to return two of my speakers was denied. I am extremely disappointed
