lumpy & eggy for diet and sports nutrition
I've used many types of protein powder and this one doesn't mix as well as others I've tried. Even with a hand blender, blending takes much longer. I personally didn't like the taste either. This is the first egg protein I've used but I think I'll go back to the whey product.
