They arrived a day early and thank god I really needed them. I've wanted to buy a lacrosse ball for what feels like forever and the peanut ball was just a joke. My friend has used a peanut ball and loves using it on his upper and middle back. I have only used one lacrosse ball before and it has been perfect for relieving pain in my shoulder blades and hips.
