Review on 🔧 AMP Research 75315-01A BedStep Bumper Step for 2015-2019 Silverado & Sierra 2500/3500 - Retractable, Improved SEO by Rafael Lewis

I bought this step because they have Ford trucks in use and they are great. I messed up my installation instructions a bit on how to place some brackets. Anyway, they finally installed it and are unhappy with how it stays down in the bumper. The one on the trucks at work is an inch or two below the bumper for easy access. To pull it out, you have to grab it with both hands. comes out the side, not the back. The step quality is normal, there is no landing. The company emailed multiple responses on how to adjust or align the brackets, and finally one response only to return them as they didn't want to delve into how they hit the bottom. I take it off and do some sort of lengthening to lower the step for a better fit. Just disappointed in the company, thought they would work with me to find a better solution and then return it.
