I recently added 2 more holes in each earlobe. They had problems healing from the start as even the highest quality materials always contain some nickel. Titanium is the only thing that helps my piercing heal and it has helped! They were a little tricky to hit and trying to spin the little balls is without a doubt the most frustrating thing I've ever done in my life, but it was VERY worth it! I wish I could just order change orbs as I don't need any more stock but I look forward to ordering pairs of opals no matter what. The flat back is VERY comfortable!
