When I first used the product I bought a black one but it turned my hair brown/red. Well, I didn't mind, didn't I, it was summer. The second time I used this product, I carefully re-read the instructions to make sure it was working. In fact, I decided to play it safe and leave the mixture on for a much shorter time than recommended. I still have sticky clumps of hair that fall out. In fact, it was very scary to see how much hair was falling out. And my scalp hurt for four days. The product is unstable and therefore dangerous because you don't know what can happen to your hair or scalp.
