This watch connects to your phone via an app and notifies you of incoming calls, Skype messages, etc. It records blood pressure, heart rate, sleep duration, and steps. The steps are different than my I Phone Tracker but not too different. Many functions are available. Update: After some use, I have to say that the battery life isn't that great. When used for a long time, especially when connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth, the watch needs to be charged very frequently.
