The best part was that it helped me understand my customer better with its insights which were very helpful when I started working as their project manager later! There are few things but those can be easily rectified if they're addressed timely by support team like:- 1) Reporting options needs improvement especially reporting option should have been integrated within dashboard itself;2). Support needn't always ask so many questions before answering them- not everyone has knowledge about software development tools/frameworks used hence we might end up asking too many queries at one go - also sometimes some responses do get delayed even after waiting long (almost 24 hours!)3)- Sometimes reports take time to load.1. Easy integration & setup process makes using this product worth while. 2. Very efficient way to gather information from customers without going through multiple sources.- Most common problem encountered during usage is related to customization required due to requirement specific nature.
