I like the ease which I can be connected right away and have immediate feedback. I have had a few problems with the automated bidding, but Vortex tech support has quickly and completely resolved all problems. I use Vortex Auction System solely for the auction platform, but I have had no troubles with the platform. I like the ease of use, the ease of the platform, and the ease of connecting with a platform I can trust. I also like that it offers a lot of different features for different types of auction. It works well with our website (auction system) so that we can easily place auctions from any location or using mobile device etc. The support team is always there for us whenever needed! I have experienced no technical issues in over 2 years of running vortex auctions as an add-on to my WordPress site. We use it mostly just for sales like items being sold off by other businesses but also used occasionally ourselves when conducting live events.
