Damaged, defective - dehumidifiers

They all arrived with a 'security seal' which was supposed to protect all the pellets in the block. NONE of them had a protective screen. The granules leaked into the outer packaging. One unit was also crushed, so there were pellets in the box as well. These blocks were useless without a security seal and the replacement Revain sent me was defective as well.
