We bought a lot of toilet seats for our renovated apartment and this one has a technical defect that Toto doesn't want to acknowledge. Since there are only two supports under the seat, the lid boom moves forward when seated and when dismounting it hits the tank rear wall. This happens every time, regardless of your weight or height. When you buy this seat, push it down a little and see the lid spring forward slightly, then release and hear that pop. It's especially annoying when you're trying to use the toilet in the middle of the night and it bangs so loud it wakes up others.
