This toner cartridge initially worked well. I was worried that toner powder would spill when I opened the cartridge (it got on my hands and clothes), but I didn't pay much attention. The print was very dark and looked fine when I printed in black and white. However, when I started printing in color, I noticed how dark the print looked. I have a small business and use my laser printer for product labels. This cartridge printed my labels twice as dark as they would normally be printed with an OEM cartridge and no color or setting adjustment was able to remove the darkness. Increasing the brightness only made the lighter areas lighter; dark areas were unaffected. Not the first time a non-genuine cartridge has failed. I guess I'll just stick with Samsung branded cartridges which is disappointing as they're double the price. But I think you get what you pay for.
