Easy to put on, take off and keep warm.
I bought 1 for the Chihuahua and 1 for the Plump Minping. I love how easy they are to put on and take off and my puppies look so cute in them. They arrived just before the cold front, so they were cute and warm when it was cold outside. The weather was dry so I don't know exactly how waterproof they are.
