that's the thing for shaving soap - super

As someone who fights for a close and close shave, I have ventured into alternative or ancient shaving methods. This means that the men in my family have an inherited trait where after a certain point, say thirty, it becomes difficult to shave. Unless I'm using a super-sharp blade, I end up with a semi-circular shadow all day. Because of this annoying problem, I've stocked up on old shaving methods that involve the traditional accessories that come with a straight razor or safety razor. When I say a safety razor, I'm talking about a reversible German razor blade, in one of those metal mounts with screws that are a notch higher than the ones you fold. With this in mind, I used the method of applying shaving cream to my face with a brush and soap. This has given me an unexpected fondness for old style accessories, because now that I've gotten used to it, I swear by the brush method. Since I will always be using a brush and regular shaving cream, I'm now beginning to refine my liking for this style of shaving as I get used to it. The fine-tuning is the result of using the brush-and-soap-dish method for about three years. With this super nice soap dish from the Jimei brand I have found the perfect soap dish. The reason why it's perfect is because it's made of a shiny stone material. I just threw away my metal bowl and trivet but the trivet was very bad as it was completely covered in rust. That was sitting on the bathroom sink right after two years. Condensation mixed with occasional straight water resulted in complete failure. As for this neat stone variant, it completely eliminated my rust problem. This bowl may not have a stand, but that doesn't matter. Shaving brush stands are never designed properly anyway and the ridges of the shaving brush keep slipping out of the stands that are supposed to hold it. This bowl is big enough that you can just put the brush in the bowl when it is filled with water. or to the side. I love that this rock bowl is the perfect size to hold enough water for the entire shave and rinse the brush while leaving enough room in the bowl to dangle it a bit. I love marble, the look of the bowl design in shades of gray and white will definitely suit the bathroom too. In conclusion, I am very satisfied with this soap dish and recommend it to anyone who likes to shave with a brush and razor. It also works great as a water bowl when using regular razors instead of a straight razor.
