Ease of use is best in Gels

No sensitivity yet. Easy to apply, you just have to make sure you don't eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after application and that you have an opportunity to rinse off after 30 minutes. I just sipped and swam out of a water bottle on my morning commute and am sitting by the window. Super stylish. lol. Is working. Not crazy results, but definitely something.
