They work. - my new review
Not the same quality as the Traeger grommets, but they work. They will pop out if you're not careful when inserting/removing the probes.

- Just what I needed to be able to insert probe with the lid closed.
Cons
- Inconsistent performance, leading to temperature fluctuations in the grill

This came with an already blown fuse. It took me a while to figure that out. I put it on and the temperature ran through the roof.
