I've been using the Dr. Pen Ultima A10 for a while now and was eager to try out these disposable replacement cartridges. I have to say, they live up to the hype. The bayonet slot makes them incredibly easy to attach and remove, and the 12 pins ensure that each pass results in a nice, even puncture. My only complaint is that they do feel a bit flimsy compared to the original cartridges, so I had to be careful not to apply too much pressure. However, the fact that they're disposable and come in a 20-pack more than makes up for that. It's also worth noting that the 0.25mm pins are just the right size for my needs – enough to see results, but not so much that it's painful or leaves my skin red and irritated. Overall, I highly recommend the Dr. Pen Ultima A10 Cartridge Set to anyone looking for an upgrade to their microneedling experience. Four stars!
