Tried to use this product according to the instructions but the instructions are poorly written. I don't want to turn on my phone or tablet to watch a video to use the device; Just provide clear instructions for use right out of the box. The milk jug has a magnet at the bottom which I think is supposed to "tell" the machine that it's there. However, we only received 1 ounce of milk per jug. I tried to start it but instead milk spilled all over my table and stove. We had two engineers, a chemist and a nurse (neither of whom is a dumb person or a luddit) and no one could figure out what we did wrong. This is just a poorly designed product and if this is your first dairy machine I would recommend one of the others. I've tried 2 others and I like almond cow best for flavor and ease of use.
