My original size is 1 inch. I thought I didn't need the earplugs anymore (have had them for 8 years), got them out and missed them after 6 months, my ears went down to 00. As I said, I no longer had my old smaller plugs, I had been my size for many years so I used them to help me stretch again (it took a month). This set is very easy to swaddle between sizes. He did what I needed at a good price!
