broke twice during installation

I am very impressed with how crappy this cable is. The connector came loose from the connector end when I caught it through the firewall. I had to sleep back. The hose with the female end pulled out when I unplugged it to change route. The wire and insulation are very thin. After soldering and on site, he did his job. However I am genuinely concerned that this is a 4 star product and what I received was clearly cheap junk.
