Below I have 4 awls in different designs. Each of them has a specific use for my projects. It's sharp enough to go through thick skin, although you should take care to protect your fingertips on the other side. I used this to separate two pieces of contact bonded leather to press on the loose ends of my seam instead of tying a knot. For that it worked great.
- Also used for tying, tightening or untying knots. Hardwood handle. Made in the USA.
