Review on San Jamar BD102 Standard Chillable by Nathaniel Collins

Love everything about it, I've used it for chilling holders on a taco bar and chilling hamburger and dog toppings. I've bought different sized trays to make different configurations of what I'm serving. Removing the dome lid for cleaning was a bit cheap so I hope this holds up, I liked the side tray to hold the little tongs to extract the stuffing
