Pay attention to the thin plastic nut when connecting the hot water pipe from behind.

I like the concept, it's the first one I've had. The quality is good, however there is a small leak where the hot water pipe connects to the back of the accessory. It comes with a plastic nut and I tighten it a tiny bit every time I notice a very slow leak, but after 24 hours I consistently have a 1.5 to 2 inch puddle of water on the floor. Every time I tighten a plastic nut a little, I'm afraid it might break. I'm a professional mechanic and I wish they had shipped it with a brass nut instead of a plastic nut. To be clear, this is the plastic nut that is on the back of the bidet accessory. The tee they put under the hot water sink is good quality and solid metal. If the plastic nut securing the white flexible hose from the hot water line under the sink snaps while I'm gone, I'll be home in a flood. They used a metal nut on the cold water inlet and I'm surprised they didn't come with two brass nuts. And yes, I used the Teflon tape that came with it. I'm not sure why it's still leaking. Maybe someone from the company will read this review and reply to me. As soon as I can install a GFCI outlet on the wall, I'll remove it and upgrade to a smart toilet seat for about $265.
