Arrived as stated. Thanks to the metal cage of the piston, there are no problems with protruding salt balls. Ours was spot on. It takes some time to warm up, but it is meant to be used continuously for the claimed benefits. We use it on the doorstep to keep our hands warm here in the Northeast in the fall and early spring. The light it gives off is very pleasant and the beautiful amber tone fills the room. Avoid running a humidifier in the same room, as the salt will start to sweat if the room is too saturated with moisture. Again, keeping the lamp on at all times helps to keep the day comfortable and dry while emitting the most beneficial qualities. Good product. Worth the money, well packaged.
