At first I was apprehensive about waxing at home, I have thick and dark hair all over but it's especially bad for my eyebrows. I got this so I could wax between salon visits. At first glance I expected it to be small and cheap, but vice versa! Although pink and plastic I think it would be good for a pro. The wax balls melt easily and are very gentle on the skin, the wax doesn't break when pulled like most waxes I've used. What surprised me the most was the quality of the wax that came with the heating pad. The only thing you need to buy are small popsicle sticks to remove facial hair. In general very satisfied!
