I originally bought this ax thinking it was the right size to clip to my bag. It's a bit big for this purpose, but it would make a great camping axe. I'm a short guy, 136 pounds, and I can wield this ax with one hand, it's also big enough for me to comfortably hold it with two hands. For a taller person, this ax might be perfect to attach to your bag. When I was a little guy, I left this ax at camp and used it to chop down small trees and split logs. I have a smaller E24A that I can clip to my bag.
