OK Replacement: Interior Accessory

I want to give these 3.5 stars. They worked for about a year before they began to die. I've tried replacing the battery in one and it's completely dead. My guess was that the contacts from the battery to the board weren't working, but that still didn't fix the situation. I would like to know if there is a way to contact the company to solve this problem.
