Disappointed as the purchase was very good reviews

It's very loose, the only thing that keeps it in my ear is the earbud which defeats the purpose of having plastic around my ear. Not sure if these earbuds were made for someone with big ears or if they just made them too! big. I am returning both. The quality is not stable, it is very inconvenient to work. On my AirMac and Chrome Book, this earbud only fits in the left ear as both have a headphone jack on the right side.
