Terrible sound, best with headphones

Terrible speaker distortion to the point I had to ask people to repeat it. unusable. Mike seems to be fine as others could hear everything is fine.

Loose fit on the ear

It would be great if I didn't have to keep pushing it back in my ear. It's just too loose. I had to get one that goes over my head and I will keep it in place.

Comfortable and light

I really like that it doesn't press on the ear, especially when I have to wear it for many hours during the day. I like that the microphone is flexible and easy to move. I'd say it picks up background noise a bit.

Lightweight headset for use under a (ski) helmet

I use this headset with a communication kit to accompany skiers with visual impairments. It stays secure under a helmet, the sound is clear, and the mic doesn't pick up wind noise because you can bring it really close to your mouth. Cheap and practical wired headset!

Poor quality headphones

I've been really waiting for the handset so I can talk while walking and driving. The sound quality is very bad. The wire is too thin. Can the manufacturers do something to improve the shelf life of the products as well? The product can benefit from some changes to make it stronger. The speaker needs an upgrade to a better one. I like the microphone and its flexibility.

Do you get what you pay for?

I took a chance that these inexpensive headphones/mics would solve Minnesota's hands-free problem, but I'm not impressed. The earbud isn't long enough to fit securely in your ear with the hook attached, so it doesn't stay in place. Without the hook, it fits in my ear but not tight enough to keep it from falling out under its own weight. I need something that stays in place and is truly "hands-free," but it's not.

Disappointed as the purchase was very good reviews

It's very loose, the only thing that keeps it in my ear is the earbud which defeats the purpose of having plastic around my ear. Not sure if these earbuds were made for someone with big ears or if they just made them too! big. I am returning both. The quality is not stable, it is very inconvenient to work. On my AirMac and Chrome Book, this earbud only fits in the left ear as both have a headphone jack on the right side.
