I'm not done renovating my house, so please forgive me for not having baseboards. However! That's exactly what I need. All my friends have small dogs. 2 - 3. When my friends come, it's a dog party! This gate will help separate the master bedroom, it has carpet which I overpaid for and is very difficult to clean! This should solve the problem if they urinate on it. I was close to 3 or 4 panels as I felt like an extra panel would make it more durable. I was afraid it wouldn't be heavy enough and it would fall. I'm glad I got 3 panels because of the small space. Because there are so many doors and hallways in my house, it's pretty easy to pinch the gate behind the hinges, the frames, which makes it more locked. As long as one has enough fold, it should not fall over in small dogs! I liked the ending here too. I have refrained from buying dog guards from Maxx or Ross because they always have a rough untreated rough wood texture! This is the smoothness that is needed in constant handling. Such a simple thing, but I'm happy!
