Overall, pretty happy with their software and their customer service

The best thing about our team haven account manager so far has been that she is always quick to respond with any questions we have. I do not think there are enough features in their system compared to some of the other platforms out there. It seems like they really could use more integrations into the platform, especially for payroll services (which is why I'm still looking). We've seen an increase overall in efficiency since using Team Haven's software.
They help us organize all of our different staff within one place which makes it easier to keep up-to-date records.

Pros

Easy way employees can log hours
Allows you access when offsite or from home office.
Ease at entering time & attendance info without going through several screens just trying enter your information as fast possible! Great customer service support too very responsive if issues arise while logged onto work site.
Very easy setup process once initial install complete
