I had a different make/model, wanted a DP 1.4 capable hub, so I ordered this item. The first block (from Revain) had very frequent power outages on the video and USB, every few minutes the video would go off and the USB would show strange activity. I swapped with another hub (replace cable), no problem with my original hub. I have contacted the supplier. They responded fairly quickly and sent me a second device to try. The second device didn't show crashes every few minutes, unfortunately I've seen a few instances over the course of several days where it seemed like going to sleep, no video and no response. to USB keyboard/mouse input without disconnecting and reconnecting. I checked that my computer is set to never sleep USB ports and reverted to my original (non-Lasuney) hub - no problem. The best I can tell is some firmware issues on the Lasuney hub coupled with some QC issues (first hub).
