The case was very well made and designed. The zippers were strong. shoulder strap. The case is well padded inside to protect the contents. The side pocket offers space for a charging cable, a pen and an iPhone. However, I sent it back because I have an 11" iPad Pro (2020) with keyboard. It was VERY tight with the keyboard that came with it. It took me a few minutes to slide the iPad with keyboard into my case and snap it shut. I didn't think the fit would improve with use as the case was solid and well designed, an 11" iPad Pro without a keyboard would fit in easily.
