The best part about this software is that it helps us to manage all our loyalty programs in one place. So we can easily track points earned, redeem points and other things related to the program. There are some minor glitches with the system like sometimes the points aren't updated immediately when you redeem points so it takes time before they appear on the point balance page. We have many different loyalty programs for our hotels and resorts which makes managing the point balances difficult. This software solves this problem by keeping everything organized in one place.
