Great bread pan. Used it twice to make banana bread and chocolate cake. Both slipped off with no problem. The silicone handles are very functional but be warned they are still hot from the oven. In fact, I've dropped cakes before because the pans didn't have handles and slipped out of my baking gloves - I'll never drop a helpless newborn cake again. The handles are also red, my favorite color. That's probably why I felt a kinetic connection with the pan as soon as I saw it. Something like love at first sight. only stronger. For this reason I decided to also buy an 8" square pot from Boxiki. Then we are a complete family of elegant red handle pots and life is complete.
