At 45, I set my family on a path to end this toilet paper supply/demand crisis. This item arrived today, August 17, 2020 and has already been installed and verified by two family members by the user. First, let me say that a larger man who has experienced multiple episodes of claustrophobia in some cramped washrooms should have this. I had to put in a little more effort than with the usual setups. 1. I live in a new townhouse and the water shutoff isn't a knob you can turn. It's a retractable valve and the tall man had to bend down between the wall valve and the toilet to keep the base of the valve stable while I pulled the valve out to stop the flow. If I had just pulled the valve, I probably would have pulled the pipes out of the wall with my superhuman strength. 2. I have a custom soft close toilet seat that has special hardware that needs to be measured and positioned before you can snap/attach the seat to it. So of course I wanted to see if all the pieces would fit together nicely before going too far. Thankfully, thanks to the holes for the pivot/adjustment screws, this isn't a problem. RECOMMENDATION: I would say if you are short on space to connect the tee and hose, apply tape (included) around the threaded parts before installing. She. This installation tape is determined not to cooperate with you once you start looking at it, let alone touching it. I'm happy to report that there were no leaks when it was first installed! It means one of two things. Either I'm very smart or the parts are reliable. I think the latter is actually the case. Someone else mentioned in their review not to forget the washer that came with the T-connector as I'm sure that and the installation tape helped my success. Finally a test. For some reason, my wife wasn't interested in the user acceptance test at first because she felt uncomfortable with me standing there etc. I think I can understand that, but after explaining that I try to ensure the out-of-office emergencies after setting up at night she then agreed after I gave her the privacy she needed. It passed, but she still felt uncomfortable. I may update the women's portion of this review once the comfort level is reached. All I can say is: YOU GOT NOEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER! It changed my life and I almost cry. Approved!
