Got it first. I followed the instructions: turned all the way around, then back to the number I wanted. 2-3 ticks and nothing. I sent it back and it was no problem. I got a replacement quickly and even got the blue color I wanted. But this didn't work either. Like the first, it ticks 2-3 times and never moves again. I will not send it back. It is not worth. I'm just keeping it because it's cute and I'm adding it to my cute collection of timers. But it was a waste of money. You don't want to order this if you really need a timer.
