Review on 🏠 PiCO Home: The Ultimate Mini Quality Monitor for Compact Spaces by Scott Ramu

Very poor quality, poor application

1 ) The app is very bad - I log out every time I start 3D - when I select a device I see a blank screen with a few options at the bottom - UI/UX is pretty bad - the app doesn't work without location permission. Why does he need my location? I have a sensor that uploads data to the cloud and the app shouldn't require location. 2) The device has a few annoying issues - standard USB cables don't work with it (see photo, I've tried multiple power supplies and cables). Only the one that comes with the kit will work. WTF? I paid $130 because I couldn't connect my device with standard USB cables? - When I tried to take this device to the office, I wanted to change the WiFi to my cellphone's (Google Pixel 4) hotspot. So what? The device does not recognize a standard 2.4 GHz hotspot from a mobile phone. It also fails to detect some other 2.4GHz WiFi networks. - There is a video saying that PiCO works with IFTTT. This is fake video, there is nothing about PiCO on IFTTT. They only lie about IFTTT to sell the device. TO UPDATE! He deleted this fake video! The liar covers his tracks, well done. Maybe you are just adding IFTTT for your device? Lol So don't buy that, it's not worth $130.

Pros
  • PORTABLE AND DURABLE: PiCO Home has elegant design and can be used anytime and anywhere, both indoors and outdoors, be it gym, bedroom, kitchen, office, etc.
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly
