Easy to install but low on ink

My original cartridge was out of ink so I replaced it with a new one. After a simple installation (it took 2 minutes to install). I printed 2 black and white prints (which came out perfect) and a color print and my printer started showing a low ink level. I reinstalled, restarted the printer and tried it but showed the same results :-(.
