This is ridiculous! They are literally bags of confetti. I didn't even know how they were supposed to be crackers until I read a review that said they were meant to be blown up and then burst. That seems a bit problematic in times of COVID. I was specifically looking for party supplies that would allow people to keep their masks on! They didn't even use a zipper or seal of any kind, so it's impossible to handle these bags without spilling confetti.
