The customer success team is always helpful with any questions that I have regarding our service! Our organization uses their product for monthly meetings where we discuss topics such organizations are facing within different departments of an agency.
We also use them at conferences/seminars which gives us more exposure about what other customers think when they talk using this software (also helps make sales). They seem really dedicated towards making sure you're satisfied so if there's anything wrong that needs attention from support get right back into contact via emailing directly rather than having phone calls go unanswered etc.. Also being able connect through video calling instead of skype would be great!! Great Customer SupportTeam who work very hard ensuring all clients issues can easily resolved quickly - nothing yet! Would still like better integration between products iHUB Pro & SharePoint Teams but overall happy client relationship thus far.
